Longer Public Version           Longer Professional Version

People need to survive and want to thrive today and forever.  It is human nature.  It is the "human force" that drives our near and long term behavior.  Our need to survive and desire to thrive is for our and our future generations’ near and long term future.

But how do we move from where we are today to where we need and want to be for the future?   A “Thrive! strategy” can help people who need and want to build a sustained, thriving future for all forever.

It builds on the key driver that people need to survive and desire to thrive today and forever.  It assesses current and future environmental factors for expected impact on motivation, ability, behavior, expectations, consequences and satisfaction that positively or negatively affect surviving and thriving.  Based on the assessment, it develops new Thrive! environmental factors that positively affect people’s behavior and their surviving and thriving.  It reinforces and maximizes positive environmental factors.  And, it avoids and minimizes negative environmental factors.

A successfully developed and executed Thrive! strategy increases the likelihood that, on a sustained basis, people a) successfully behave so as to survive and thrive and b) successfully avoid behaving so as to not survive and thrive.  This is the key for achieving a sustained, thriving and surviving future for all forever.
